The centerpiece of most of our work. We build complete kitchen packages sized to the room instead of the catalog, which means usable storage in the spots that normally get filled with a blank panel.

02 — Bath

Vanities & bath cabinetry

Bathrooms are hard on cabinets. We spec moisture-resistant substrates and a two-component waterborne polyurethane so a vanity still looks right after five years of steam.

The pieces that make a room feel finished. Built to the wall, scribed to the ceiling, and detailed to match the trim already in the house.

Wire shelving replaced with real cabinetry. We build storage systems that use the full height and depth of the space instead of a standard-module approximation of it.

05 — Millwork

Architectural millwork

When the drawing calls for something that doesn't come in a box. We fabricate and install the detail work that ties a whole project together.

06 — Refresh

Refacing & refinishing

Not every kitchen or built-in needs to be torn out. If the boxes are sound and the layout works, new doors and a new finish get you most of the way there for a fraction of the cost — and because we spray the same 2K waterborne polyurethane we use on new work, a refinish holds up like new cabinetry, not like paint.

On-site refinishing means masking off the room properly, controlling dust, and spraying in place. The pair above took a heavy dark-stained wall unit to a clean painted finish without demolition.

Drawings & Documentation

We work in AutoCAD — and you keep the files

Every project is drawn before it's built. Send us your AutoCAD .dwg files and we'll work directly from them instead of re-drawing your design and introducing errors along the way.

When the shop drawings are done you get them back as native .dwg files as well as PDFs — plans, elevations, and sections. Designers and architects can drop the cabinetry straight into their drawing set. General contractors can hand them to the rest of the trades for coordination. Homeowners get a permanent record of exactly what was built, which matters years later for repairs, resale, or a future remodel.

What comes standard

These aren't upgrade tiers. This is how we build every cabinet that leaves the shop.

Boxes Built In-House

Full ¾" furniture-grade plywood, dadoed and glued, with a captured ¾" back. Every part is nested and cut on our SCM Morbidelli X200 CNC, then assembled and squared in our San Diego shop to your exact dimensions.

Doors by Corona Millworks

We order doors and drawer fronts built to our specification by Corona Millworks — solid hardwood, any species, any profile, made to our sizes. Then we sand and finish them here so the color and sheen match the boxes exactly.

Blum Hardware

Blum concealed soft-close hinges and full-extension soft-close slides on every cabinet, backed by Blum's lifetime warranty. Six-way adjustable hinges mean we can dial in a perfectly even reveal on install day — and again years later.

The Finish

2K waterborne polyurethane — Centurion and Renner

The finish is what people touch every day, and it's where most cabinet jobs quietly cut corners. We spray two-component (2K) waterborne polyurethane from Centurion and Renner — professional wood coatings, catalyzed on site in the shop and cured before anything ships.

Two-component means the coating cross-links chemically rather than just drying. You get the hardness, chemical resistance, and block resistance of a solvent finish — the properties that keep doors from sticking to frames and a cabinet next to the sink from clouding over.

Waterborne means dramatically lower VOCs and far less odor than old solvent lacquers and conversion varnishes. It also stays clearer over time, so a white kitchen doesn't drift amber a few years in.
